QR sharing and upload

Create a gallery for your event, then share it with a link and a QR code. Whoever opens it gets one of two things, chosen when you create the share: the ability to see what's in the gallery, or the ability to see it and add their own photos and videos to it too. There is no way to grant upload without also granting view — seeQR sharing — how it works for the full breakdown of what each access level does and does not permit.

Gathering contributions into one gallery

Everyone who scans the code or opens the link adds to the same shared gallery — there's no separate inbox to merge or a second copy to reconcile afterward. A wedding table card, a printed sign at the entrance, or a link dropped in a group chat all point at the same place.

Encryption

Photos and videos are encrypted on-device before they're uploaded. Seehow encryption works for the mechanism, what PhotoLog can still see, and where the honest limits are — this page states only that it applies to what your contributors add, not the details.

What this page does not cover

• Per-QR moderation — reviewing an upload before it's visible to others, and letting a contributor track or remove their own. This is planned and not yet built; seeQR sharing — how it works for what exists today instead.
